I was called in for an estimation job opening, but when I arrived for the interview, I had to wait six hours for the interview to start without any communication or updates on the status of the interview. What was even more concerning was the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the technical manager during the interview. I was met with an angry and demeaning attitude that was both unprofessional and unwarranted. It is disappointing to see this type of behavior from someone in a leadership position. Based on my experience, I would caution other job seekers to carefully consider whether they want to pursue employment with this company. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to improve their hiring process and company culture.
