Two physical interviews. One with the department head, and the other with Mr Sudath Perera himself. It was fairly good, they question you well, especially at the department head’s interview. They don’t ask general questions that you normally expect, but question you on more intricate and specific areas related to the job. They check your general knowledge on the field as well check how interested you are in the field. Attitude matters.
