Horrible process! It took four weeks. I had constantly follow up with the recruiter who originally reached out to me. Four rounds of interviews, then one final one with COO, who showed no professionally courtesy. Did not review my resume, ask about my age - oh how long I have been out of HS. And just keep going on and on about how difficult the role is and how the CEO is tough. Very unprofessional and clearly didn't want me for the role! Three day later after I followed up and then the next day I get a call for the recruiter that they are going in a different direction but everyone one on the team loved me and talked highly of me. What a joke! I didn't want to believe the previous reviews but they definitely have no professional empathy for people and the COO needs an EEOC training - you aren't suppose to try to figure out someone's age during an interview.
