Stryker leans heavily on finding cultural fits and also talent. The process took about three weeks with an initial interview, phone screen, a scheduled Gallup Strengths Interview (about a 60 minute phone call) and Onsite (will meet with anywhere from 6-12 people). Its a marathon process, but worth it both for Stryker and as a Candidate. When I was through; I felt I really understood the company, the culture, and the environment I would work in which made me confident in my decision to accept the offer.
