I would definitely recommend studying up on your field and also on Stryker. Try and be prepared for questions about the company. They are big into their mission statement and give you a gallup test before the 2 hour interview

The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.
