I had a great interview experience. Whole process was comprise of 4 rounds. Written technical test, technical interview, pre Gallup followed by Gallup round. Level of difficulty of test was average. Interview was resume based. Strong grasp of technical subjects and projects is must. Pre Gallup was telephonic round and they ask behavioural questions and you have to come up with real life examples to support your answer. They give you proper feedback, which was very helpful for Gallup interview. In Gallup round you get a call from overseas, this round was almost same as pre Gallup but you have to answer 70 rapid fire questions in 60 minutes. So bit tedious but easy.
