Gallop Behavioral Interview This is a behavioral interview conducted by a third party. They asked me 75 behavioral type interview questions. For many of the questions they asked if you consider yourself one way or another (e.g. do you consider yourself to have good organizational skills or not?). Many of these questions were followed up with the typical, "Can you tell me about a time when...(you displayed some trait)." However, many of the questions did not follow up, they just asked if I was one way or another, which I thought was quite strange because of course I'm not going to say that I have terrible organizational skills, etc. I would say to have some a list of experiences written down from a diverse set of roles that you have performed to be ready for the dreaded, "Can you tell me about a time" questions. Other than that, just be yourself and answer the questions honestly with the first thing that comes to mind. The whole interview was very robotic and almost could have been conducted by a voice recording. Good luck. I am still waiting for a response so I am going to say that I did not get an offer.
