O processo seletivo na Stryker é composto por 4 ou 5 etapas muito bem estruturadas, com perguntas bem definidas para avaliar se o candidato se encaixa no perfil da empresa e da vaga. Durante o processo, há uma entrevista com duas pessoas da liderança da empresa. Do começo ao fim, o processo foi conduzido com muita clareza e respeito, deixando uma ótima impressão da empresa.

Entrevista
Once my initial application was approved, I received a screening call from HR. After this, I did an interview with the Hiring Manager which covered my experience, suitability for the role, and what the role entails. I withdrew from the process at this point as I had accepted another role elsewhere, but the next (and final) step was an in-person interview including a short presentation. I received no response to my email withdrawing from the process which was odd as communication had been pretty frequent up to this point.

Entrevista
I received a notice for a phone screening within 3 hours of submitting my application. They sent a link to schedule an appointment so I did for the following week. Within 10 minutes of when the phone interview was about to begin, I got a cancellation notice and was asked to reschedule. I rescheduled accordingly for the next appointment. Then, the recruiter canceled AGAIN within 30 minutes of the planned call.
With over 10 years of medical device experience, and hiring at a senior level like this position, I was expecting a little more professionalism from the recruiting staff. Stryker seems to be an amazing company, but this was not a good experience.
