Initial phone interview with recruiter, Teams virtual interview around 5 days later, followed by a Gallup assessment, around 180 questions. Around a week later, there were 4 Teams interviews with various managers, spanning around 2.5 hours.

Asked me to tell them about different times I experienced different things in the workplace, for example, a difficult client or situation, and questions about how I could partner with their sales rep as a technician.
Interview process is clearly stated on their website. Multiple interviews. Online interview with the Recruiter then the Manager and then an online personality test. Interviews happen quickly with a week. Can take a week to hear back form personality test. Check in with recruiter to determine status.
