Lengthy but well worth the wait! There are at least 3 interview steps before review of applicants and can take awhile but the company is worth waiting for. The personality assessment takes about an hour but it’s actually a very necessary process when continuing on with the company
Intense and had 3 people but everyone was really nice back to back questions as well as taking a test. Classic interview questions liked there scheduling so you can pick the best time for you
There were two initial interviews (one over the phone with a recruiter, one over video with the hiring manager) a Gallup personality test, and a final interview. The whole process took about a month.
