I had a phone interview with the HR. IT lasted for aporximately an hour. The questions were personality based question. Most of them were vague and open ended with no right or wrong answers. It was about finding a right fit. Stryker is known for its type A personalities. I got throw the first round and now waiting for my next phone interview in few days.
