Applied on line. E-mail response and followup very good. Phone interview by external interviewer was terrible and almost mechanical in nature. Pushed to provide "right" answers rather than getting to know each other.
The process involved a Gallup profile examination at the beginning. Depending on how you are classified by Gallup, you may or may not be asked to a live interview. Once you pass the Gallup, there are interviews with key team members - sometimes with individuals, sometimes with panels of interviewers.
Gallup interview was straightforward and actually a lot of fun. Short series of virtual interviews. Wasn’t really easy to understand the role. Some of the interviewers seemed disengaged and uninterested. At the end there was a follow up interview where I was hoping to get follow up info on the role but still wasn’t clear.

Engaging, well organized, overall positive. Balanced interview panel with cross functional representation. Timely feedback and communication throughout the process. Good visibility to challenges and opportunity within role. Exposure to site through site tour.
