The interview process was great overall. The first call I had was with a recruiter, and it was very casual, basically just asking my preferences for work and why I want to work there. The next step in the process was a Gallup poll, which was harder because it was an hour straight of questions (all behavioral questions though). Finally, in the last interview stage, I met with four people (individually for 30 minutes each) who worked at the location I was interviewing for. This was nicer because I got to connect with them. Again, it was mostly behavioral questions. 1-2 technical questions about my experience and to see how I thought. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the whole process and the expectations were very clear after each round.
