Two technical rounds followed with couple of HR rounds and final Gallup round and interview with Dept head. Gallup round is the one they all value . techincal round are qute a bit challenging with product engineering related information

i went through 4 rounds of interviews with additional Gallup round. The first 2 round were technical post that 2 rounds were manager rounds. But out of all the Most important round was Gallup round even of you have cleared technical round or manager discussion and you have not performed well in the Gallup round they will not consider your candidature.
