I first had a phone interview with an HR rep at the MI headquarters. Then I had 2 in-person interviews, where one was with the Territory Manager and then the last one was with the Territory Manager and the Director of Sales.

I did not go further than the phone interview, but the phone interview was more like a conversation and the lady leading it made you feel right at home. There was no trick questions, just standard phone interview questions.
