I got an interview on my school campus a week after applying. The interview was 45 mins. The first half was just basic behavior questions and the second half is Gallup style questions. The interviewer was really polite but could be intimidating. They expected questions from you at the end of the interview. They couldn't hire me because of my visa status so they transferred my application to other Stryker locations

We had one online test on mettl platform, it had questions involving aptitude, reasoning, and computer fundamentals, it was for about 90 mins.
I qualified the first round, so second round was interview, there were three interviewers, the first ques was to check if a string is pallindrome or not, then asked some oops concepts, some java fundamentals( interface etc.] , as i am more profound in c++, so was'nt able to answer those java ones.
Rest, the interview lasted for about 20-25 mins.

This is an On-campus recruitment, We had a written test at 1st round an AMCAT platform with various Aptitute, C, python, R code etc... based questions. Then I got shortlisted for the Interview. It was a 15mins interview
Next asked me to select comfortable language so asked questions like What's a wrapper class, Pointers, Bi variables, garbage collector & about differences b/w JVM,JRE,JDK etc..

Interview process was smooth. Initial phone screen with a recruiter, then onto a behavioral Gallup diagnostics test, final non technical interview with hiring managers for the specific team you're joining.
