The process took 2+ Months. There were total 8 rounds of interview. 1. Techninal Round - Avergae question were asked related to .Net and SQL database 2. Technial Round - Technical Questions were asked related to technologies mentioned in resume. 3. Managerial Round - Scenario based questions mostly related to management to check how you will handle different situations. 4. Pre-Gallup Round - This is not an exit round. They basically how much prepared you are for Gallup round. 5. Gallup Round - This round is taken by third party organization called Gallup. They basically check your personality. They try to analyze what kind of person you are and whether you will be suitable for Stryker culture or not. 6. HRBP Round - Simple HR round where they ask you about stryker, why you want to join stryker, etc. 7. Divison Round - This round is taken by onsite team. It will be a technical plus managerial round. 8. VP Round - It is a normal round where the VP of the company will tell you about company and its work culture. Will ask few question related to your previous work experience. Overall the interview rounds are simple but the overall process will take time. I got the offer letter and currently working in Stryker as Software Engineer. One thing I would definitely like to mention 'Work Culture is awesome here'. Wish you all good luck for your interview.
