Applied on the career page at Stryker.com. Shortly after I was contacted to do a phone screening with HR. That went well, the next step was a phone screening with the hiring manager. After that, I was asked to complete the Gallup assessment. After investing a few weeks into this processes, I was ghosted by Stryker. The people, products and business all seemed okay but just stinks that they didn't have the nicety to send an email saying no thanks.

It is nice and the interview was also nice . They asked conceptual questions .It was logical and structural too. They also asked how we got to know about the stryker and all important questions

Interviewer was late, crabby and tried to talk me out of the job. When I rebutted she then told me she didn't even read the description and proceeded to. I dropped off the call.

Why do you want this job when most of your experience is in something else.
HR and line manager interviews went well, but there will be a personality test, which is crazy. About 45mins, I am boombed with tons of questions, there is no OK or not OK answer, the interviewer wont explain you the questions as well, which is very annoying.
