I experienced three rounds of interviews for this position. The first was with an HR representative, the second was with one of the territory managers, and the third was the Gallup stage of the interview process. I was frustrated after receiving an email after I took the gallup that said they would not be moving forward with me but left no feedback as to why. I am a young professional who appreciates crucial feedback so I can improve for future interviews.

Phone call interview that lasted about half an hour. The interviewer asked a variety of questions and offered the opportunity for me to ask questions. I completely butchered the interview asking a few dumb questions, but for the most part the interview was simple. The main focus of the interview is to determine whether or not you're a good personality fit and aware of the demands of the job.

Lengthy, time consuming, & no clear timeline. I ended up interviewing for the same role in three different southern california territories. The technical interview is very difficult and they do not prepare you well for it.
