Short for PGET.
Gallup is important. Technical Interview was easy. Aptitute was technical plus general. GATE preps are enough to crack. THey look for attitude to fit into stryker culture. Gallup was easy as well.
Long but HR representative is very supportive. 5 stages of interviews from HR to managers to tech interviews etc. The whole Stryker team is very respectful and responsive which is rare and they actually get back to you if you don’t get it.
There was an initial phone interview after the application which was quick and straight forward. Then followed by the Gallup test and then to the later stages. It appears they then hired internally as I was informed they "had filled the role"

Had a phone screening, then a 30min 1-on-1 with the hiring manager, completed the Gallup assessment, then had 4 30min 1-on1’s with individuals I would interface with. Didn’t end up getting the job in the end, but the company was very responsive and the process overall was pleasant and went smoothly.
