Seriously very very bad. HR doesn't respond to mails, calls, text messages anything. Process takes a lot of time. They put your application on hold for no reason what so ever. Interviewer asks details like where the candidate is based out of and how early can they join. Even after everything sits well they don't respond and take applications forward. Don't know hy they waste their own time and our time taking interviews when you don't want to hire. Had three rounds of interviews. After each round HR took 10-12 days to respond. After third round when everything seemed to be heading in right direction, no communication from HR. Avoid this company if you can and keep it as the last resort.
