Was Identified by IBM for SAP practice as an Architect by the Senior Recruiter in IBM through LinkedIn. He chased me with multiple discussions and sold as to why I should take IBM interviews, Went through 4 levels of interview - starting with telephonic, 3 face to face and 1 group interviews. Was given an offer but had to say no because of personal reasons. Was a good experience with a big consulting company. Recommend all consultants go through the process. Was very professional as everything was so well arranged. Was an experience by itself.
