It's an MLM pyramid. They won't disclose that to you and that it's 100 percent commission based until the ending of part 2 of the 3 part interview process. You're just listening to them explain the company and taking an assessment test only to find out that you have to pay for a bunch of licensing and go get your own clients and do a ton of work to make the CEO money. It's like Amway for finance advisors rather than working for a company like Fidelity or Schwab.
