Basically the hire process is a two step process. After the CV has been sent to the company they discuss it on the board meeting. If the candidate fit into the company profile then they call you to meet in the company HQ.
The meeting is friendly, and they are very kind to you. You meet the IT development director and the chief operation director or the HR.
