Entrevista
Phone conversation with the founder and president followed by a flight down to Headquarters for an in-person meeting. Followed dinner and social activity to meet members of the organization. Following day in the office to meet the team and understand and determine the chemistry. Following the phone and in person interview, the president and staff would discuss my skills and ability to contribute to the team and organization short and long term.
