It is situational questions mostly. The first step is to pass the assessment then you get to be invited for the interview. After the assesment they can give you more assessment before you get to be invited to the interview.

It was easy going,made you feel comfortable.The process is a lil long cause they have to do a background check,so you need to be patient.Make sure you wear formal even on Zoom
It was a group interview and afterwards it was a one on one. Questions about work experience and the product knowledge. It was pretty easy really that was in 2023 i don't know about now the kind of interview questions they do. Universal banker is in the call centre the one i was interviewed for

30 minute interview with a panel of two people , questions were general and required knowledge of standard bank as a company. Questions also asked were related to customer service . based on the star interview method
