We connected again at 8 p.m., and he told me that it is impressive to schedule your second round with the Australian team. He will call you to schedule. Now here's the twist. I waited for 3-4 days to schedule the second round, and when I reached out to HR about the second round, he told me that you are not being selected for the second round. Amazing! This is the first company that took the first HR round; it was around 1 hour. My advice to management: If you don't have time for an interview, do not waste anyone's precious time in your third-class process.
