I was approached by an internal recruiter and asked to interview for a position. I had 5 rounds of interviews culminating with three separate presentations in front of a panel. I then got ghosted for a month (despite chasing) and then had to chase again for feedback which I never received. Reading through reviews here that seems quite common behaviour.
