Brief recruiter call, tech screen, 4 final interviews. To prepare review their Leetcode questions and practice vanilla JS skills. Many of my interviewers were engaged, thoughtful and pleasant to work with. The process however was pretty horrible. They cancelled several interviews day of, then rescheduled at a time I had not specified with completely different interviewers for days later. These interviews had much more disinterested interviewers that clearly just wanted it over from the opening hello. In the end they ghosted me for weeks and only gave me a response when I followed up. Also ignored my request for any feedback, but asked me to give them feedback. If you really want to work there it's probably worth doing, but I would be careful if you value your time.

Initial Interview - Brief 15 minute call with technical recruiter asking about background and why do you want to work at Spotify Round 2 - Virtual interview where you are asked JS/Domain questions (Finding the order of how console logs will be printed based on timeouts and functions etc, what is CSS Specifity) and then a Leet Code question Round 3 Onsite - 4 hrs in total. 1 hour domain question, 1 hour leet code medium, 1 hour values Interview with hiring manager, and 1 hour systems design Interview. All the interviewers were very friendly people I did well in domain, solved the leet code portion, and connected well with hiring manager. My systems design was iffy. After a week I received an email from the recruiter that they went with another candidate The recruiter wasn't very good at keeping communication throughout the interviews. Would constantly email but no response. Asked for feedback after being rejected and was ghosted
