I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. It was an initial phone interview followed by 2 rounds of video interviews over zoom and received a decision round notification the next business day. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience meeting with leadership, employees and hr.

The interview process was fast paced, friendly yet challenging. The process was multi-staged. I had four total interviews and a personality test. Afterwards, I received an offer. Sphere Consulting pay attention to previous experience and expertise a new team member will bring to their table, as well as personal fit.

Be prepared to answer psychological questions cause they value perspective people even more than skilled - if they see that you have potential, they might choose you better than a more skilled professional.
