Informal interviews, with questions mostly competence based. Interviewers also stressed the overall context about the reasons to apply for the company. The conversation was informal and the interviewers pleasant.
Got very disappointed after the second round of interviews, as I never heard back from them.

4 stages - virtual interview with CHRO 30 min, case study 1 week, virtual interview with Research Director 40-60min, face to face interview with Consultants.
Communication was good, I was informed at every stage about the progress and never left wondering about the status of my application. The CHRO made it a point to check in after the 3rd stage, which was a surprise but definitely boosted the candidate experience.
But I found some questions at the 3rd stage contentious and also wasn't given a chance to explain my case study response.
One interview - never heard anything again. I had an informal 30 minute phone interview around Thanksgiving and then was told I would hear one way or the other and crickets.
