Whiteboard type question in first 5 minutes with little to no introduction or explanation of position. I emailed with company recruiter for a couple weeks before. I did not proceed to take this type of interview as the position was not of interest - I didn’t hardly know what it was.

Initial phone interview, coding interview next. The recruiter and coding skills interviewer were both very nice people and made an effort to make the process very relaxed and not stressful at all.
