Initial call with recruiter. First round with business analyst and developer over Google meet. Standard questions and coding exercise. Second round interview was scheduled with two different project managers over Google meet. Neither showed up and I had to reach out to the recruiter. One joined 15 minutes late into the 30 minute call and talked to me for about 10 minutes before leaving. No farther contact before a rejection email came a week later.

August 2024: Google Meet interview w/ Project Mgr. & Tech Lead (who had video off). September 2024: Offer letter, which I accepted, contingent on Federal "Security Clearance" (a 4-6 week process). However, all communications to FMCSA and FBIS had to go through Spatial Front. I was given ZERO indication of me completing my "Security Clearance" check from the Federal Gov't. All Federal agencies involved even stating that they has received ZERO submitted paperwork on my behalf. This was a MAJOR red flag and a, potential, indication of fraud. Thusly, I refused to complete my Personal Identity Verification (a process to be coached by the Project Manager, of course). I denied the employment offer based on these shifty procedural anomalies.
