I interviewed recently for Sr QA postion at Sourcemash. There was HR screening rounf and total 2 technical interviews. Amd after that they ghosted me. I cleared all the rounds and then asked HR to give me one day for Salary discussion. But they said they hured another candidate for same profile. HR was discussing everything on Whatsapp even not attending my calls on that day. There was no HR or salary discussion round at the end.
