Well, my first interview the hiring manager didn't show up for the phone call. The call was rescheduled. I had a great phone interview and was told I would go to the next round which would be an in person interview. I didn't hear back from them. I emailed them and they said they are moving forward with another candidate. I find that their process is extremely disorganized. Extremely strange.
