      Technical/Skill Assessment: Online Test: I’m asked to take an online test that evaluates my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. I clear my schedule to focus on this and ensure I’m in a quiet environment. Portfolio Submission: If it’s a creative role, I submit my portfolio showcasing my best work and hope it impresses the hiring team. Technical Interviews: First Round: I have a technical interview with team members or technical leads. This involves coding challenges, case studies, or problem-solving exercises. I prepare thoroughly and try to stay calm and focused. Second Round: I’m invited for a more in-depth technical interview with senior team members. The questions are tougher, but I stay confident and showcase my knowledge and skills. Behavioral Interviews: Competency-Based Questions: I answer questions about my past experiences and how I handled various situations. I use the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method to structure my responses. Cultural Fit: I discuss how my values align with the company’s culture and what I can bring to the team. Final Interviews: Panel Interview: I face a panel of interviewers, including potential colleagues, managers, and senior leaders. It’s challenging, but I try to stay composed and engage with each interviewer. Executive Interview: Sometimes, I have a final interview with an executive who makes the ultimate hiring decision. I make sure to leave a strong impression. Offer & Negotiation: Job Offer: I receive a job offer! I review the terms of employment carefully and, if needed, negotiate aspects like salary, benefits, and start date. Acceptance: Once I’m satisfied with the offer, I accept it and start preparing for my new role.
