I’m sorry that you did not enjoy our technical interview loop. We do hold a very high bar here at Snapdocs, so it is quite possible to feel like you’ve given a strong interview with us and still not make it to the next round.
I appreciate your comments about the behavioral and product demo rounds. Those are both very valuable rounds to us, even though they are not directly testing technical ability. We are super proud of the strong culture we’ve built here, so we do take time to interview folks for the “softer” behavioral competencies and skills. The product demo round has proven to be a key part of our process whereby we’re able to give candidates some valuable insight into our product and the work they’d be doing here.
