They asked me to tell how I am teaching people and what education I have, what methodology I use, how I overcame the difficulties in the past and etc. Was a pretty easy interview, good luck everyone!

At first you have an interview with discussing your background, skills, motivation, etc. Also an HR checks your ENG level and if there are any certifications which can prove it. Further step is to conduct a lesson (option to check how you work with the program)
