We had multiple interview rounds.They asked a lot of questions in the first round related to normal basic aptitude, then they checked our communication skills. Csm role are about speakimg skill, should be confident and very clear about whatever we speak.

The interview process was straightforward, focusing on HR managerial questions and one question related to logical reasoning. It was a simple and direct experience, covering basic managerial aspects. it was a great experience.
