Initial HR screening and after that Technical Skype round. Technical round was conducted by two of their senior developers. Interviewers were unprofessional to some extent. They only had knowledge related to the work they were doing currently on their projects. They even asked my current salary and expected salary. I think salary discussion is confined to HR and should not be discussed by the developers.
