The interview process was drawn-out, spanning a lengthy 8-10 weeks, which indicated inefficiencies in the hiring procedure. It was notably disjointed, suggesting a lack of coordination between different phases. Additionally, the entire process was marred by a glaring absence of clear communication, leaving candidates often in the dark and potentially frustrated.

Over the course of 4-5 interviews, the process began with a phone screen discussing salary expectations. This was followed by a 'life story' interview focusing on personal values. Subsequently, a session with the hiring manager delved into specific skills pertinent to the job. The last two interviews proceeded in a comparable manner, evaluating both expertise and fit.
I had a pleasant interviewer, interview went smoothly and I didnt find it challenging. The whole interview lasted about 40 min. Most questions are just about getting to know you and your motivations.

I got contacted by a recruiter that was really nice. I had two interviews with her and the feeling was all the time very positive. She was listening and understanding, always with a smile on her face and made the process really smooth.
But then the last interview was with two SDR managers, one from the Netherlands and other one from Spain who was not very strong with English. They made me feel very uncomfortable during the call, treated me like if all I did for the case study was wrong. They asked questions about everything in very rude manners. There was a moment were I thought I'd just leave the call but in the end I stayed. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like to work with people like that.

I didn't enjoy my interview experience. They asked me to tell a story without context and the interviewer did not relate to my own journey at all. Instead, the interviewer just appeared uninterested and didn't seem engaged. I've interviewed at plenty of other companies, and this was my least enjoyable experience. Glad it didn't work out, I guess.
