Standard online application with a keyword hidden within the job posting itself that was needed to be included in your application form. Also included by a technical aspect of designing a store and meeting some preset requirements
Next stage was a Skype interview for 1 hour discussing the role etc.
Finally a practical aspect. Simulating the role and using your created store to facilitate this. This included 30 minutes multiple chat support with a Trainer acting as a customer troubleshooting issues in 3 windows simultaneously. Next a series of short phone call simulations doing the same closing off with an email portion.

Lengthy but well explained and scheduled interview process comprising of writing example emails, taking live chats and addressing a call. They give you the tools needed to prepare but it is stressful.
