I applied online via employee referral and got an email back 3 days later to pick an interview time. The first interview (via Google Meet) was about 25 minutes, we just chatted about my work experience and educational background, and I was able to ask more about the role. I received an email a few hours after the interview saying I was moving onto the next stage and to pick a time for the technical interview. The technical interview consisted of two live chats with a 15 minute time limit and a 10 minute phone call, where you role play as a support advisor. You got feedback right away which was helpful. It was a bit stressful, and I ran out of time to answer all the questions in the live chat, but if you do your research beforehand it's definitely manageable. I received a call 3 days later from the recruiter that did my first interview asking for feedback on the interview process, providing more in depth feedback on my performance during the technical interview, and then I got offered the job!
