Primero una entrevista con recursos humanos (inglés y español), luego con dos personas de la línea de negocios a la cual reporta el puesto y finalmente con recursos humanos para la propuesta final.

Qué proyectos fueron los más desafiantes, en qué proyectos participé y cuál era mi rol, qué procesos técnicos consideraba más útiles. Me dieron la posibilidad de pregutar.
It was a very clear and well-organized interview process. All the questions were straightforward and easy to understand, and everything was explained clearly. I do not have any additional comments or concerns regarding the process.

What is the most challenging project you have worked in?
It was a very long and difficult interview process. Lots of exercise and team works. The process called SRD (Shell Recruitment Day). The team interaction and individual efforts were tested and reviewed.

Long process but slightly more straightforward and than competitors.
Online application, competency tests (I think they were 3 different kinds, short questions but very little time to answer), pre recorded video interview, live case study video interview, assessed internship and then job offer.
