1st round was online test. Followed by a face-to-face interview with Business Line. Interview was very structured and competency based, asking questions revolving around CAR- Capacity, Achievement, Relationship. Questions were very predictable. Following which, they asked more regarding why this industry, why are you interested in joining this business line, etc. Nothing very out of the blue
