Applied Jun 2021, immediately got invited for online assessment. Game-based assessment, really fun yet challenging. Need to be fast on thinking and responding. Heard back at the end of Sept 2021, failed to advance to next stage of interview process.

Game based assessment through Hirevue. Cant recall all games. But typical Hirevue assessment but this time very challenging.
Memories sequences. Forward and backward. Flashback. Mathematical (basic +-/x).

The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
