I got an interview threw my career services website. They confirmed and I picked a time. At the interview there was one guy. He then asked me about 9 behavioral interview questions. He didn't look up from his sheet or respond back to things I said. This made it difficult because I felt like I had to keep rambling. Be prepared for 40 minutes of behavioral questions.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
