Phone interview afterbeing shortlisted by emailing a recruiter that requested for engineers in Mena region.after that was requested to ma ke and account and apply. Mainly a behaviour interview to talk about co2 management and strategic global strategies .not very technical tend to test your behaviour in discussions...big advantage to be relaxed and take your time before answering
