Manager was polite, understanding of employment gap on my resume. Explained job details clearly. Discussed situations that arise & how to handle them, basic safety policy, special circumstances regarding availability.

I was asked why I had left my previous job after 7 years. I answered without going into too personal details and she was very understanding and could relate to "curves we are thrown when family issues arise".
First interview was HR phone interview, second round was face to face interview with the line manager, During interview, only general questions were asked, not much technical knowledge was tested.

Friendly straightforward and very good. The first thing that came out was that I had wanted to work for them for years. They were very nice people and they had great customer service
