Two part assessment - First Assessment occurred during the initial application phase, which was pretty straightforward to assess if your working style matches with that of the company. The second was an assessment of each department and had a quantitative test.

The overall quantitative test because there were 10 or so long word problems and about 10-15 minutes to complete them and the questions seemed more for individuals who majored in finance.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts
